These are some of our completed projects

Stucco panel replacement and repaint

Older homes have stucco panels that are made of a composite wood material which is vulnerable to weather, especially water, many times resulting in rot. On this project we replaced many panels and cross sections with a cementious board that is resistant to these conditions. Then we used a caulking made specifically for this material, followed by an oil base primer to seal it all together.

You can paint aluminum siding and have it last for years.

Aluminum siding can be painted and last a long time, if it is first prepped properly. Newly painted siding brings back that new home look and gives it great curb appeal. Shutters can also be painted to the color of you choice.

Long lasting brick painting.

Someone had originally painted this brick with a low quality product. After an acid wash, some mortar joint repair, a high quality mason primer and a durable top coat; this freshly painted brick will last for years and retain the color chosen.

Exterior wood staining.

This compound sits on a 5 acre lot, therefore, no protection from the weather. After a good power washing and a uniform coat of stain, this house is now protected from the elements.

Typical one story repaint

This home hadn't seen a good coat of paint in years. After the customer chose their color, we started with a TSP wash, removal of old caulking and then some good old elbow grease. After re-caulking any areas needed, we used an oil based primer for the raw areas and then applied two coats of color per specifications.

Keeping it clean.

We use a system of drip through power washing. This prevents those pieces of chipped paint and caulk from winding up in your bushes, flower beds, etc. It keeps the work area extremely clean.

Sandblasting and Protective coatings.
